Cancellation and Refund Policy 

At The Ivanhoe Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation and refund policy to help you make informed decisions:

• Cancellations received 7 days prior to arrival or before: We will issue a full refund of your booking amount.
• Cancellations received between 5 and 6 days prior to arrival: We will issue a 50% refund of your booking amount.
• Cancellations received within 3 days of arrival or after: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund.

To cancel your reservation, please contact our reservations team by email at reservations@theivanhoehotel.com. We kindly request that you include your confirmation number and the date of your intended arrival in your cancellation email.

Please note: This policy applies to all reservations made directly with The Ivanhoe Hotel. Cancellation policies for reservations made through third-party booking websites may vary.
